I’m planning my first trip to Singapore soon and I’m trying to decide between visiting Marina Bay Sands SkyPark and the Singapore Flyer for the best city views.
From what I’ve read, both offer amazing panoramas but in different ways – the SkyPark gives you an open-air rooftop experience on top of the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel, while the Singapore Flyer is a huge observation wheel that slowly takes you around for about 30 minutes.
I’d love to hear from those who’ve been to one or both:
Which one offers a more memorable experience, especially for photography and sunset views?
Is the SkyPark crowded and rushed, or do you get enough time to enjoy the view?
On the Flyer, does the glass reflection affect your photos, or is it worth it for the moving perspective?
If you had to pick only one, which would you recommend for a first-time visitor who wants the best “wow factor” of Singapore’s skyline?
Any tips on the best time to go (day vs evening, weekday vs weekend) would also be super helpful!
Thanks in advance – your insights will help me choose the right spot for my itinerary.
