I had the same dilemma while planning my honeymoon – Andaman vs. Maldives – and honestly, it depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for.

On the other hand, Andaman Islands (like Havelock and Neil) are more budget-friendly and still offer stunning beaches such as Radhanagar Beach and Elephant Beach. The vibe is more adventurous – you can go for scuba diving, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat rides, and even explore limestone caves. Plus, you get to experience Indian culture, local food, and island life along with the natural beauty.
For me, Andaman was perfect because it gave us a mix of romance and activities without burning a hole in the pocket. But if you’re after pure luxury and relaxation, Maldives is unbeatable.
